Payment:
Payment
options include Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and The Discover
Card or any ATM Debit / Checkcard that displays a one of these logos.
If you
would like to arrange a different mode of payment call us or E-Mail
us prior to finalizing your order.
If a
different mode of payment is arranged, we will wait to ship your order
until we have recieved and verified payment.
When
making payment by personal check, your order will not be sent until
after the check clears the bank.
When
paying by Bank Draft or Money Order, your order will be held until the
funds are received.
When
making payment by credit card, please include card number and the expiration
date, and security code.
Please
list your home address for purchasing and shipping purposes. Our credit
card processing system requires us to enter your address and zip code as a security
precaution. Please use the address as it appears on your card's account.
California
Residents, sales tax is 7.75% and will be added to your order if you
do not select the California Sales Tax option on the order form.
Order
Processing:
When
you place your order, you will automatically recieve an E-Mail notification
of your order from the website. A copy of your order form and credit card receipt will be included
with your order.
When your order is shipped, you will recieve an automatic e-mail notification from the USPS Shipping Center, as well as an e-mail notification from us that your plants have shipped.
None
of your payment information is sent by E-Mail. All sensitive information
is transferred over a secure encrypted connection.
We collect
our orders as they are recieved. This ensures that the freshest, healthiest
plant specimens are shipped to you.
We reserve
the right to substitute, if ordered specimen is not available, unless
otherwise stated. Please type "No Substitutions Allowed" in comments box, if you do not want substitutes.

Returns :
If you
have any problems or issues with an item you have received, we request
that you contact our Customer Service department by email within 60
days. We offer store credit for replacement or exchange of items that
do not perform to our standards. Customer pays shipping for replacement
items. All sales are final, we do not issue refunds. Shipping costs
are non-refundable. Tropical plants are not guaranteed to survive the
winter.
Shipping
Methods:
Most
orders will be filled within 8 - 10 days, and will ship on the next
available shipping day. Some orders can take longer pending the availability
of the product. Priority Mail Shipping can take two to five days. Depending on the final destination. (USPS Priority Mail) If
you need to rush the shipment of your order or have any questions concerning
the delivery of your order, please notify us in the Comments box, and
select the appropriate option on the shipping panel.
USPS
Priority Mail -
Orders packed in the order they are received. Usually filled within
8 - 10 business days, and will ship Monday - Wednesday. Shipping takes
2 - 5 days.
ASAP
Priority Mail -
ASAP orders are upgraded and packed and shipped as soon as the plants
are available. Usually filled within 1 - 2 business days, and will ship
Monday - Wednesday (USPS Priority Mail). Shipping takes 2 - 5 days.
Express
Mail -
Orders packed in the order they are received. Usually filled within
8 - 10 business days, and will ship Monday - Saturday. Shipping takes
1 - 2 days.
ASAP
Express Mail -
ASAP orders are upgraded and packed and shipped as soon as the plants
are available. Usually filled within 1 - 2 business days, and will ship
Monday - Saturday (Express Mail). Shipping takes 1 - 2 days.
All
Priority Mail shipments have delivery confirmation letting you know the package has been delivered to your shipping address. A delivery confirmation number will be e-mailed to you when your package is shipped. Go to www.usps.com to check on delivery of your order.

Express Mail shipments have individual tracking numbers. An Express Mail tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your package is shipped. Go to www.usps.com to check the shipment and delivery of your order.

you would like delayed delivery of your order, please give the requested

Free
Shipping Restrictions:
We
offer free shipping on all orders over $50 dollars, excluding some plants.
A $2.50 Handling Fee will be charged on all orders.This applies to
large orders of HEAVY plants, such as Water Hyacinth and Hornwort. If
